John Brisben Walker’s Mansion, located on Mt. Falcon, Morrison, Colorado

Designed by temperamental Littleton architect J.B. Benedict, Walker Mansion was struck by lightning in 1918

3/4 mile from his mansion, Walker also enlisted Benedict to design the Summer White House which would have had an outstanding view, including Walker’s “Garden of the Titans” natural amphitheatre, later known as Red Rocks
